In 2021 Inner Join launched the COPE (COVID Outcome Prediction in the Emergency Department) app in collaboration with Erasmus University Medical Center. This app is used in emergency departments (EDS) as a decision support tool, using a clinical prediction model.

Meanwhile new COVID research is carried out at Erasmus University Medical Center. The results of this will be incorporated into a new COPE project: COPE 2. Where COPE still consisted of apps for Android and iOS, COPE will be extended. It will be more flexible to adjust and improve predictive capacities in real time.
