News
The app shows news items posted by the day care departments. Through a link with Twitter and Facebook, messages and events from these media can also be viewed.
Summary
Provides an overview of all daytime activities with relevant information. It also shows which activities will start that particular day or are already in progress, including times and distance.
Search
The app contains a search for free text and a search by using predefined tags associated with activities.
Calendar
The agenda function provides an overview of all activities per day, week or month. Of course you can filter by department and activity. The calendar of the app can be linked to your own calendar.
Plaza
The plaza is a place within the app where departments can offer their products and services. Provided with, among other things, description, possible stock and prices.
More
The app contains much more information. Among other things, the privacy policy, conditions for participation and a 'help function'.
Notifications
The app has the ability to receive notifications. When a day care department posts a message, the user receives a notification. These notifications can be switched on and off per department.
About the project
The Daytime app is the result of a two-year ICT innovation project carried out within GGZ (Mental Health Care) Delfland.
The two developers Eric Wagter and Hylke Hellinga of the project team, have taken over the project and are now providing support and development of the app under the name Inner Join.
Doel is the organization that provides daytime activities for GGZ (Mental Health Care) Delfland. Its Doel Daytime app for Android and iOS (Apple), provides an overview of the full range of daytime activities of Doel Delfland.
The Doel Daytime app is more than a tool for clients, it is also used by practitioners and nursing staff. They often use it, together with te client, as a tool to agree on a suitable daytime activity.
The app is the most visible part in this project. However, everything that can be shown in the app is also entered and kept up-to-date. A website is available to take care of this. On this website authorized persons (usually employees of the organization) can log in. The website offers the possibility to change activities and/or schedules. It also has the opportunity to post messages with or without notification.
